Description
For since the avatar I made him was so old.Anyways, I had to do all the animating online, since Photoshop decided to stop animating a while ago D< ( Just as I was finishing the Red String Love stamp )
Anyways, the avatar blinks and his necklace symbol thing disappears.
If you have watched Sonic Underground, you will recognize the blue thing as a crappy version of his drummer medallion with a music note on it.
How much better does it look from the old Manic avatar? ( )
P.S.
Don't hate on me giving him red eyes D<
I always thought they were red; because Sonic had green, Sonia had blue, and their colours reflected each other. And Red is more bad-ass than purple D<

Very nice, I always think Manic has either brown or dark red eyes, they're almost the same color.
So wait, this isn't free to use? That seems silly since it's an official character and not an OC .0.

When something is made for another person as a gift that usually means not free for use.

Still seems silly since neither individual owns the character, but okay.

"Whether you are a songwriter, an author, a musician or someone delivering a performance such as a play or audio-visual show, you automatically hold the copyright on your work. You do not have to register in any way to have this right."
Protect your creation
When an artist creates a piece of work the individual piece of work is protected by copyright. There is no need to register the piece with the copyright office. This applies to commissioned artwork as well.
Unless it is specified in a written agreement, proof needed, the copyright to a commissioned piece by default remains with the artist. The client is paying for the time used to create the piece. Itβs a service, not a product. Even with traditional paintings, the rights to use the image remain with the artist by default.
The charter in question is still copyrighted by its owner. However the artwork is in fact copyright to the artist.

Wow. If my avatar wasn't meant to be a coupler with my boyfriend ~prdarkfox 's avatar, I'd definitely use this. XD
