WAHA! FINALLY got this done!^_^V and with time to spare!XDehehehTis ze PE Comic Exchange for ...they be HER charas...NOT mine...so yea...anyhow!^o^
yeshyesh...took me a bit to get this going, as I had NO idea where to begin and end without telling a 10 page story sequence!O_O;;;...I think 4 pages is a fair amount!XD
The toning here...well...could have been a WEE bit better...but...at least you get the idea
;...that and resizing KILLED the tone!...looks so much better at 300dpi..but alas...the image would be FREAKING HUGE to view...you know how it is; BWAHAAHAHAHAHA!!! LET'S HEAR IT FOR CHEESY ROMANTIC DIALOGUE!!^O^
am so sorry Loreli!#^_^#....but...I just could resist...it just...well...went with the whole thing and stuffs...I can post the textless version if anyone feels they'd like to see that...though I don't think it'd make much of a difference>.>;;

Your facial expressions are just SO ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL that I just don't know what to do with you! I mean, seriously--I'm SOOOOO excited for your series to come out. You really are more talented than a lot of people are who have gotten signed. It's such a shame that it took them so long to realize that! But yes--facial expressions are the most important thing to me, and it pisses me off that you're better at them!!!
Ya know, I wish I could see more of stuff like this from you--if not a comic, then maybe an illustration that tells more of a story than a pose would. You know, Norman Rockwell-ish but in your own way? It'd be cool to see your characters and what they're really like within various surroundings and stuff.
Just a thought!

Yea...I REALLY need to get in the habit of creating better illustrations....like you said...ones that tell a story...I've been slacking BIG time in that department lately XP
hmmm....more comic work, eh?....well...I'll have to think about that....as I'll soon be UBER swamped with the NEW project TP has me on...the one I was on before got CANNED cause the writer was a total "BUTT!", thusly quoting my editor!XD...but this new project....yea...still shoujo in genre...but...much nicer than that other project^_^V...I just can't wait to announce more info on it...but first...contracts need to be signed>.>;;;
In the meantime...yupyup..I shall see about doing some more comic work to post...there is a short story I've been meaning to illustrated sequentially...but...yea...don't know if I'll have the time to do it>.>...and I've a few pieces of artwork in the works at the moment..but...I'll see what I can do!^_^V

Yeah, pretty soon, you'll be doing so much comic drawing that really, illustrations will be a break! That's why I'm thinking it'd be cool to do storytelling illustrationy thingies.
Oh MAN, I would love to hear your story about your writer. I myself am in the very slow process of getting a deal, but I figure if I keep bothering my editor it'll happen eventually! I'm glad you're doing something you like more! Will it be your own story?? (Don't feel the need to tell me anything if you can't)
But yeah, I really feel that emotions are one of your HUGE strengths, and I wish you'd showcase it more in your illustrations! 'Twould make me so happyyyyyyy!

It's funny--you know what I'd like to do a comic on? I'd like to do a compilation of short stories inspired by all my experiences while driving. I get so much inspiration during that time. I've got 5 or 6 short stories under my belt now. I'd like to do one purely about an argument going back and forth on bumper stickers. And another one about a grocery store where a girl got into an accident, so they made a law that all the carts had to have blinkers. And then they start needing lane laws and then they start getting rude and their carts start getting more and more high tech and look like cars...and something tragic happens at the end. And then I want to write another one about how after rush hour, about 10 o' clock, all the mini-vans come out of hiding to have a great mini-van party. Anyway, I KNOW TP wouldn't want that, but dang it would be fun!

This is wonderful. The drawings, the layouts-great great work! If you do it on the computer how do you get the dotted texture through-out the whole thing. IT's just fantastic. It looks so professional! ^_^ Love it!

Okay, I lied... this is my favorite page. It's got everything I love about these two, Lore can be crazy posessed and Zane still can't be swayed, that silly boy. I ADORE the toning on his arms in the last panel, he's so sexy buff without being crazy ripped XD And their embrace is so believable. I wish we could have given everyone the entire back story (but I don't want to give away too much of my project ^_^;;>
I think I'm going to cry now... ;_;
