Yes it is, a tutorial 
Actually this is now my third tutorial XD First one, I don't even call it tutorial, second one I lost with my computer crashing
So another try. ~huispe suggested that I could make tutorial with photos
it was midnight and I then made it 
So this is very quickly made, I have a bigger tutorial project in progress but this works for now
If there's any typos I can't fix them anymore.
Note that this shows only my own style, I highly recommend you to create and find your own style, these are just some tips for drawing dragons.
