ok I was able to use the program today but when I opened the SVG file
itΒ only showed Cheerilee and Sweetie Belle but not Scootaloo and Apple Bloom

Open up the layers dialogue (ctrl + shift + L), and see if the other two crusaders are there on hidden layers. (Eye closed) click on the eye to unhide them.

I'm sorry, this is very hard for me. Can u please just upload the vectors to your art gallery? it will be much easier for me to just download them from there.

You're almost there, man. For each one, make sure the other two are hidden, then select the one and click (file> export png) or something along those lines. Then repeat until you have all three.

I can't, I tried everything u told me to do and it still won't let me convert them to PNG.
I even asked a friend of mine who knows how to convert SVG to PNG and he said he couldn't do it either.
Can u please just send them to me individually to my email? I'll send u my email in a note so u can email them to me in PNG.

I'm not letting you give up like that, man. This is something you can use the rest of your life once you know it.
Here, let me try to write it out better for ya.
If you want to make a .PNG of Sweetie Belle for example...
1) Make sure Applebloom and Scootaloo are hidden by clicking on the eye icon in the Layers dialogue (Ctrl + Shift + L).
2) Once just Sweetie Belle is visible, get the Arrow tool (from the toolbox on the left of the screen).
3) Click and drag inside the drawing to select all of Sweetie Belle.
4) Once you do, click on "File" at the top of the screen and go down to where it says "Export PNG Image...". Click that.
5) When you do, another window will open up.
6) In the box here that says "resolution", type in 600 for best results.
7) Before you click "OK", click on the button that says "Browse..." to tell Inkscape where you want to save the .PNG
8) Once that's done and you're back in the "Export" window, click on "OK" to create the .PNG
9) If you did this right, you should now see a progress bar pop up.
10) Once that finishes, you can go to the folder you told Inkscape to export to in step 7, and you'll see the finished pony.
