bro (This is an American slang shortening of "Brother" popularized somewhere in either the 1980s or 1990s)
Has bro. (Basically, this means "She has a brother.")
No has bro. (Although Gramatically poor, this essentially means, "They do not have a brother." The joke, however, would not work if this statement made use of proper grammar.)
