Nature's fractal - so cool! Do you happen to have this in color? I'd love to see that, too.

You're on a roll...
I thought so, too...I didn't check, but I thought I remembered fibonacci coming up once before.
Have you ever seen the movie Pi?

DrGiancarlo In reply to Konijntje [2006-03-01 05:24:40 +0000 UTC]
i recall tryingto watch Pi....hmmmm, let me think...(note to self, a mathematician is asking, answer carefully)....yes, I tried to watch it once.....it was difficult...i failed.....i then went immediately to the math department at Rice U and registered for several classes....after 2 years straight of basic calculus and non-linear equations, I think, I mean I really, really think I'm ready to try Pi again....we'll see...

Konijntje In reply to DrGiancarlo [2006-03-01 05:30:42 +0000 UTC]
I'm sure you can make it through Pi.....with comprehension and all!
Oh! I just reread what you wrote...I'm not a mathematician...no, not at all. I just happen to adore math...number theory especially. My Engr. Calc. classes were the best!!
Kubrick...you're a fan - do you like Clockwork Orange?

CWO---hasn't aged incredibly well, but it was the first (of 2) movies I rented when I got my first VCR ... (the other was 1984, Richard Burton/John Hurt version). 'great movie night, though not exactly uplifting
