I love how you made her so little with this huge darkness around her...it really makes her look sad and helpless while at the same time strengthening how creeoy she is :3 also i really love the shading. Great work!!

First off: Thank you :3 I don't think I'm too good in drawing creepy stuff, but, as weird as this may sound, I'm glad you think it's creepy. XD
The backstory is sorta: I listened to the song "Lullaby for a princess" in which Celestia sings about banishing her sister and how she regrets it. And one part of the song says "Forgive me for being so blind" as in "Forgive me, that I didn't see how horrible you felt, and that I didn't notice it."
I didn't even attend to draw Celestia actually; I worked on a project and I had kinda an artblock, so I scribbled a pegasus nibbling on her wings. (Funfact: In the sketch it was FLuttershy! xD She even had her cutie mark!) WEEELL and then I started drawing and listened to the song and thought of Celestia and I drew this.
Does this count as a backstory? Any questions?

But Fluttershy would have looked cute and not creepy. But her tail (or was it the mane I don't know anymore) didn't look like her, I didn't want to draw it over and yeah. I think I never drew Celestia before^^ (although I am a great fan of her "young-design")
