Funny story, while I was sketching this, I used a nebula-like texture, so I wanted the title to have the word NEBULA in it. But then I didn't know if it was nebular? nebulaic? LOL. So I used STELLAR instead.. cause its related to stars which is related to space and nebulas.

Anywhooo, It's TED AND VICTOIRE, COLORED.
I learned a lot of techniques while drawing this. Like how to make snow using photoshop.. very interesting. But then, I'm not very good at making backgrounds..ehhh, that will improve some other time.
