Okay, I'm cooking-dumb, but these sound really good and I'd like to bake them, so: dumb question, incoming!
Marshmallow filling. Is this something you purchase, or do you make it a certain way?

You can go two ways. I've tried them both and I'll tell you which I think works better.
1) The marshmallow topping for ice cream.
2) Marshmallow spread, that fluff stuff.
Option 2 holds up better and doesn't sink into the cupcake as much as option 1. Took me a few batches to figure that out.
