A quickie character page for Eirlys~!I'm still right on the edge to jumping into A Woman of Dust (that's right, it has a title now). I keep almost drawing the first page, but then I get sad when I remember I have finals and it ruins my mood.
Similar to Chara, I'm pretty used to drawing Eirlys by now. But since I've drawn her considerably less than Chara (Chara had her own little mini-comic before this), Eirlys will probably shift more than Chara does when I go through drawing AWoD.

I think Eirlys is one of my favourites of the characters you draw regularly. She is just so unique in look, with her strong nose and dark skin. And you really have gotten drawing her down so well. She seems to flow so naturally for you.
I also really like this picture because she's in solid black. I ADORE that style.

Aww, thank you so much! I'm thrilled to know that you like Eirlys so much! I have a lot of fun with her; even though she can be a bit difficult to handle sometimes. x3 But I think I've gotten to a place where I can handle her well now.

I see what you meant about details getting a little lost in the blacks, But I think you did really well at keeping enough detail. Still has shape

Yup! It's just something I've got to work with because I just prefer the look of solid black as opposed to dark greys.

"May not be the best to imitate". That's funny, in my experience, the best to imitate, or even make up on your own is whatever works for you

Hahah, I just meant I make as many mistakes as anybody. Imitating is how we learn (at least at first), so just watch out and try not to repeat my mistakes.
