These are fun (even though I don't really know what a Bead Sprite is). Alexander turned out very well.

Wow - these are awesome! I've always loved the book and saw the film yesterday - it's just so good! I was wondering if i could use these as a knitting pattern? It probably won't work as I'm not a very good knitter, but i'd like to have a bash at it and though i'd better check! nice work though, thanks

LOL these characters look like an old SNES Where The Wild Things Are game.

Please read my page about the character named The Bull.

Hey where's Ira?

These are based on the children's book more than the movie and Ira wasn't in the children's book (mind you he was in the short-novel).

I don't mean to butt in, but the wild thing that Ira was based on is actually in the book. He's only one two pages, but he's there.

You did really awesome with these! Are they made with perler beads?

It has been quite some time saince I've read the book. I used the MacFarlane toys as a base to draw these up so no Ira toy means no Ira beadsprite. I do love Ira, though. He's so chill, haha.

I remember making things at the YMCA after school with bead sprites. I thought mine were cool when I was 10.
Looking at these now at 15 makes me realize how many materils can be made into works of art.
This is truely awesome! I didn't realize they were beads until I looked at the full view, I thought they were pixel drawings!
Well, done! You should commission these if you don't already

Thanks, baby! I actually was tempted to use your flat-ironing techniquw so I left an outline around each one, but I like them with the outline (and I didn't want to risk over-melting them), so I decided to leave them as is.
