Yeah, my local zoo has a group of them, though not sure if same as yours, but at my local zoo they are too injured to return to the wild, so get to live safe in the zoo.

I know that at my zoo, they have falcons, hawks, owls, that arn't injured, but they fly them every day teaching people about birds.
