Usagi didn't change that much since the last redesign. Her hair is now of a dark blonde/light brown, and her buns are lower. Her transformation necklace, the Prism Pendant, now looks like the manga/Crystal's first brooch.
As for the Senshi fuku, the shawl and underskirt were removed and the collar enlarged. Moon has her manga earrings and choker, and her odango covers are like Moon's prototype design. She also has her normal boots. I swapped the hot pink from the last redesign for a more pastel magenta-ish colour.
Serenity did went trough some major changes. Her hair is now a very light platinum blonde, her eyes are whitish blue and is much paler than Usagi. She has a silver bow in her waist wth a moon pin. She did keep her pearl necklace, though.
As for her weapons! Moon now uses gold chakrams and can generate several at the same time, rather than using her tiara. Her attack would change to Moon Chakram Slash. She still uses her tiara for Moon Twilight Flash. The Moon Stick is now longer and is called the Moonlight Wand. The design is based on Crystal's Moon Stick. She uses for both Moon Healing Escalation and Moon Sparkling Sensation(an attack from the arcade game).

The base for her was made by porcelian-doll , with some edition to the base's eyes made by me.
