Hotaru never actually went to Mugen this time, so she doesn't wear the uniform. She's being homeschooled. Other than a different hairstyle, she's exactly the same.
Due to the style of the fuku, Saturn doesn't have her petal-shaped shoulder pads. Her brooch is a white four-pointed star rather than a white Heart Crystal. Her hair is lighter.
The Silence Glaive is pretty much the same, as well. Unlike the other versions, she has to say "Fin de Siècle" to end all life on a planet.

The base for her was made by porcelian-doll , with some edition to the base's eyes made by me.

This is the last for now! Next is probably their Super and Eternal/SailorStar forms. Hope you like it!
