"Likewise, SailorNeptune arrives gracefully!"Similarly, Michiru didn't change a lot, either. Her only change is her hair, now a unsaturated brown. Her uniform is different, too: it doesn't have a sailor collar anymore and now has a tie rather than a bow.
Other than giving her longer gloves, Neptune didn't change.
Her mirror is heavily based in the anime one, but with a small aquamarine gem.
The base for her was made by porcelian-doll , with some edition to the base's eyes made by me.
