Most of the changes of Rei were in her uniform, and even then there aren't that many. Her jacket is different and...that's about it, really.
Now Mars! She wears her Ruby Bracelet in her right wrist, and her mother's pendant is in her choker. She keeps her heels and her gloves are sightly longer than Moon's. Her earrings are the PGSM ones.
As for her weapons, she keeps her ofuda. While she usually uses them on their own, she has to set them on fire for Fire Soul and Burning Mandala. Then we have her bow, which of course is used for Flame Sniper, but before getting to use that she can use it for Ember Arrow.

The base for her was made by porcelian-doll , with some edition to the base's eyes made by me.
