Haruka is exactly the same, since I didn't find some reason to change her.
Uranus didn't change, either. She's the only senshi whose hair colour does not change when transformed. Her eyes are a darker colour now. Like in the manga, none of the senshi (sans Usa and Chibs) use something to transform past the Black Moon arc, so she doesn't have a bracelet.
Her weapon, of course, is the Space Sword. The design is a mixture of the anime's handle (although a little modified) and the manga's blade.
The base for her was made by porcelian-doll , with some edition to the base's eyes made by me.
