Description Out on the open savanna woodlands of Late Oligocene Pakistan, flanked by the western end of the Proto-Himalayas, a number of slow moving rivers crisscross the landscape before reaching the sea. Crossing these rivers proves a dangerous affair for a small herd of the Tondeodontid genus Churosaurus landoensis; one of these 4m bipedal herbivores has been seized by the large Crocodyloid Kamasuchus. The commotion has startled a pair of goose-like Anseranatids that quickly take flight in order to retreat to safer ground. Two large, 7m Barylophosaurids of the genus Donburisaurus look on warily in the background, while the bulky Brontavid Oviraptorosaur Brontavis maximus browses from a fruit bearing tree, completely unmoved.Β Β

So what Oligocene area of land will you cover next?

I'll be covering Alter Earth's Oceans during the Oligocene.

I didn't even realize those large herbivores were pachycephalosaurs until I went and looked at the Late Oligocene Asia post again! I love how derived the creatures are getting!

Yeah they are descended from small basal Pachycephalosaurs. They are moving into the spotlight now after the decline of Eurasian Hadrosaurs.

I think the problem unless they just dont like my style, is you posted a compressed jpeg, DrPolaris. Download the full size png file from my stash and the quality would be better.

Ok so I draw like shit but I think you should work a little bit more on your backgrounds, even if they aren't the focus.Β
That was NazoHunter from Hunting with Monsters and I wish you a good hunt

Thanks but I don't actually draw these. They are commissions done for me by Sheather888.

Legit thought you were imitating the style of the guy. Guess I'll take my criticism elsewhere.Β

I was wondering when I'd see some more from you! I've been watching your YouTube channel and greatly enjoy having you go over all your speculative content. Always enjoy your work and Sheathers' art work! Just wish my art and world building were to both of your levels...

No, thank you for having the talent you do in storytelling, it is greatly appreciated. More specevo needs to be made more available like this.

Ah thanks! That’s exactly why I wanted to start this project. Working backwards from the Cretaceous to modern times allows for a lot of better understanding of the present.
