Another birb!

This is Eris, a demonic Tori variant, in the style of creatures from Helluva Boss, Hazbin Hotel, etc.

Eris has been permanently equipped with Angelic restraints. She has enough power to unlock them, but cannot remove them entirely.
Eris has the ability to swap her consciousness with that of another individual. She uses this in conjunction with the restraints to achieve her goals.

The idea is that she'll either let herself be caught, or intentionally restrain herself, so that she can swap with her captor.
Her consciousness swaps places with her target, so they're left trussed in - what is to them - inescapable kink gear. When she's done with whatever task she has, she'll return to her own body, leaving whoever she'd swapped with to "foot the bill" as it were.
Then she just wills the restraints to undo themselves, they pop open, and she sneaks away. Worst case she blames whoever's body she stole for trussing her up and throwing her in a closet.
