I drew this picture of a Jackal on a request from since he drew some nice sketches of Sentinels after I asked him!
This Jackal is supposed to be the KigYar version of moi... since I have no idea what a female Jackal looks like, I decided to make this one slightly overweight, with spectacles and a terrible hair sense.
Since I suck at soldier stuff in general, I'm more of a geeky scientist-type, Dr Ki'Zar Na'eem is one of the Covenant Separatists who is a scientist for the UNSC. She's been given the unenviable task of being rostered on to feed the Sentinel Carnivore subjects - nobody likes that awful job

Since I drew this pic, I've found out the females have no quills on their heads and elbows, they have armour plating. Yours has quills on his head...

Jhu-hezuz wept... This is how the image looked when I accidently scanned it at the wrong resolution... now all the images I've submitted that are line drawings look like this. THIS LOOKS UTTERLY TERRIBLE!!! AS THOUGH A 1 YEAR OLD TINY TOT SCRIBBLED IT ON THE SIDE OF THEIR COT ONE BALMY AFTERNOON!!!

Once the UNSC figures that these Sentinels are quite intelligent, they decide to try and tame a few of the 'friendlier' ones in their cause against the Covenant. And the easiest way to tame them is bribe them with fresh meat

Only problem is, the Sentinel Carnivores are spread over the whole Ark installation. Their function is supposedly defense on the outside of the buildings and walls and such. You'd have to glass the entire Ark

Yeah... its even worse when she has to feed live animals to the horrible sentinel monsters, things like cattle - and watch them get eaten... plus, Sentinel Carnivores are messy feeders.
