Erhmmm...Yes... I am not sure if this will help anyone, but basically this is the way I work (most days anyway).I know in my poll you wanted character designs more than anything, but I am a rebel so I will do a little from each.

Thanks for the tutorial. It's really helpful if you want to write a comic (which is why I will fave it).
Unfortunately I need to start with something waaaaaaaaaay more basic than this. The most I managed to draw by hand is a tree
