I think it depends "what" type of screenshot you take.
Honestly, I think such a picture deserves attention, while a "roflmao lol" kill of some dude, who did 88k crits, doesn't really belong here.
A screenshot is just like a photography - there are loads of photographies here, that shouldn't be here either. People who mainly take brainless pictures of themselves, their room, their stuff. Without any artistic background to it.
It all depends on the picture. I wouldn't mind if DeviantArt would become 100% artistic database, I would probably only be able to upload half of the pictures, alltho I would appreciate if it was like that. But it is not. And as long as people use DeviantArt as other people use Flikr, imageshack,myspace and other communites, it kinda ruins it a bit. I remember when Deviantart was more "artistic" people who took their creative work serious. Unfortunately, no one is around to judge every single piece, that gets uploaded.
