Doc Ock (C)Disney/MarvelPlease don't hate the tentacle pattern It's tedious and I have issues with patterns.
One of these days I hope to make a D.D ;( If only mine were that perfect.
Not sure. Took an hour to draw, hour to re-draw then to color digitally 4 hours.

I really, really like the perspective on this.
The tentacle pattern isn't so bad, I like the front one the most. Doc Ock is a little obnoxious when you draw him, I think. Lol.. so much pattern. Ahhhhhhh!

I mean like, the first one looks fine. The one in the back looks like you got a bit impatient, but hey, that's what drove ME nuts when I tried drawing ock. He's fun and all, but... tedious is the perfect word for his tentacles -- especially if you're not all that into drawing machinery.

Which? Left bottom or right top? I was trying to shrink them down. When you use foreshorten detail becomes less and less.

Back right. It doesn't look so bad, but the lines on it kinda look near to a scribble or the pattern seems off.

Yes drawing them is difficult, especially if you don't have experience drawing machinery. I've always been more interested in drawing animals than machines, so it was difficult.
The movie version especially. The comic-versions tend to be more simple, because the artists need to draw them a lot.
The pose is nicely dynamic.

Oooooo I love how the tentacle comes in front of Spidey and has kind of positioned itself like one of his hands, it really ties this in
