No wonder Otto doesn't like the police. Even though obviously it was his own fault he ended up there several times, there's always the bad memories.A little jab at the CSA from Mr. Blonde there. Both countries must think they're better than the other.
So what changed Otto's course in life to end up the mellowed out fellow he is? (Just FYI: it wasn't Jupiter)
We'll find out in time!
