Otto sorta said the same thing about Blue when he first made her. She certainly has a high opinion of the little guy despite his faults. Hopefully he won't disappoint her.Being a public figure, Jupiter can't just hide out. At least he's going to the other country's police. But are there enemies on both sides? Hmm...
