Good catch, Blue. Otto seems like a real dork when he's out of his element.
She's not only the only robot with sensory nerves, but she can also fib!
It's basically like Asimov's zeroth law, but only Blue has it. :3

I really like these pages, however I've noticed in some that Blue's head does not appear tilted. Although that may be because of angle. It's a little hard to tell sometimes.

With the angle it's much harder to tell, but if you compare the left side of her head to the right, her right is much lower.

Oh yeah, he's from the south so he's not used to ice, is he? Ahaha, I love that second-to-last panel.
So he programmed Blue to be able to lie? Well... that's going to get interesting.

Not doubting Otto's robot-ing abilities, but this raises some questions and implications-- isn't it entirely possible anyone else could have made the same or further changes to other robots' code? How do we know no other robots can lie? (This will probably be explained next page X) )
