Hehehe, it's a gate from the "nursery" to the city... the whole project is a master project, to create a virtual city while forcing a feeling of exile on the player. You can find more info here: [link] if you're interested...
I would normally work on the concept of the 2 other gates, but I might have to do them directly in 3D, not enought time left
