Well, the permanent version of the treatment is irreversible, and the temporary one *does* have lasting side effects. Nothing major, unless you use the temporary version too frequently...

at least i would be able to open an orange faster -3- or any other fruit, and me , i can pick up things with mouth , and still writing on internet wouldn be a problem either cause of the tip of the schytes o3o who cares if wont be able to pick stuff up , cause nobody would mess with me heh heh -w-

It's sort of an exclamation. In real-world languages, deity names are often used as part of exclamations, so I figured it'd be the same there.
