Awww, I wanna be a Mewtwo... though typing with only three fingers will suck. But having telepathy and the best stats of any legitimately obtainable Pokemon will rock the house.

Technically speaking, no. XD Mewtwo's genderless. But, that being said... I mostly used a male body type as the base for our TFee. It's understandably hard to tell, though.... Mewtwo has a kinda feminine body. XD

1- At first he'd probably be under A LOT of transformation angst and would be furious at the scientists and himself for not reading the fine print and may be incredibly impulsive in his confusion.
2- The scientists are using human test subjects as Guinea Pigs which is illegal.
Unless... (Check my reply to Mckinnnal) this may be that "Fad" I mentioned
