Tired of talking about the weather and not being able to do anything about it? With this program, direct comman of the skies is possible! Comes with many side benefits, such as flight and flexibility! With this installment in the Silph Co. Up-Grade Mark 3 line, three differing options are available for your comfort: Serpent, Humanoid, and Hybrid!(Side effects WILL include total, irreversible physical and mental metamorphosis and temporary loss of speech. Weather-control ability limited to mundane weather: Dramatic weather shifts will be included in upcoming programs. Consultation with a physician is required before treatment. I suppose you could call it a mutagen. It's not contagious or anything, and has to be custom-made for each patient.

But in all honesty, we're providing a service: We don't have any pokΓ©mon under our command, and the mutagen needs to be custom-built and self-applied to prevent unwilling transformation.

The Hybrid has humanoid arms, but other than that, is mostly ophidian. The Humanoid is more like what you see here: An anthropomorphic Dragonair, with arms and legs.
