Description
Tired of talking about the weather and not being able to do anything about it? With this program, direct comman of the skies is possible! Comes with many side benefits, such as flight and flexibility! With this installment in the Silph Co. Up-Grade Mark 3 line, three differing options are available for your comfort: Serpent, Humanoid, and Hybrid!(Side effects WILL include total, irreversible physical and mental metamorphosis and temporary loss of speech. Weather-control ability limited to mundane weather: Dramatic weather shifts will be included in upcoming programs. Consultation with a physician is required before treatment. Results depicted are typical, however, treatment of subject above is in progress, and should not be taken to be final result of treatment.)

A hybrid is mostly ophidian, but retains humanoid arms.

Unfortunately, no. Temporary applications are extremely time-consuming and expensive to create: We can only offer them for a small selection of our programs.

Ah. Hybrid'll be easy, but.... The mental changes are simply what are necessary to control your new form. Your mind is very finely tuned to operate a human body, so changes are necessary to accommodate the new form.
