I always figured that it's because they got too wrapped up in the money they're making that they just forgot how to care.

Yeah, they might be too on it about their Metal Gear and Monster Hunter money.

IIRC, I was hearing word about how Capcom can't really afford to do as much risks as of late. I'm not too sure how true that is now, though.

I would think they're mostly into their FPSs. I mean, they're easy to make and at this point it's so common place in gaming it might as well start getting labeled as casual.

Given that Capcom's image has been completely destroyed as of late, I'd say they really can't afford to further anger their customers anymore.

That's true.

They can't afford to, but somehow they find new ways. But I will say that Megaman being in Smash is probably one of the best Megaman related things they've done in a while.
