Shortly after I posted the first SA, I realized that I'd only have so many Pokemon jokes to tell. And by "so many" I mean, like, 3. :VAnyway, for this comic, take the context any which way you want, folks.

Well one of the many jokes to this comic is that Birdo was originally a guy cross dressing as a girl. These days Birdo is officially(?) considered a girl. But due to people not wanting to let go of the past and wanna throw an absolute gender on everything there's still the argument and belief that Birdo's a guy.
But when you throw in the fact that Yoshi, who's considered a male, lays eggs, the whole pairing becomes one giant cluster flip. :V

Well its more North America's push for absolute gender roles rather than Nintendo's silliness and Japan's acceptance for cartoon cross dressers (imo). I bet if Birdo stayed a guy, it wouldn't be that big of a deal these days. But she's officially(?) a girl by Nintendo's definition and that's A-OK.
