You know, initially I would've thought that, next game = next mascot character, but with the way they've used her after the release of ACNL (still the face of pocket camp even though that would've been an easy place to introduce a new character, and now both present in MK and Smash)
... yeah i'm really hoping she'll be around!
I really do wonder what the new AC's premise might be, since it's a switch title... You would think there'd be quite the village, like the switch can handle so much in comparison to the 3DS or Wii.Ā

I think there's still a chance that there'll be a new mascot character for ac 2019, but I do still think Isabelle will have a large role of some sort, especially after how much Nintendo's been favouring her recently (kind of like they've been favouring Eevee)
I'm pretty excited about what new features the new ac will have- i'm personally hoping for more customisation options, especially in the shopping area. I think it'll be fun to have more say as to where the shops go and what they look like.

Yeah, it's likely there will be but I highly doubt they're gonna fade her to the background, which I'm excited about.Ā
And I agree that would be really cool! I'd also like it if we could have a more dynamic interior layout, like the cross shape is cool but... Since the loading times between rooms are probably gonna be less of an issue it'dĀ be cool if we had a little more control over that, like having a small patio in the middle...
Anyway I'm sure it'll be great, having any ac on switch is a dream tbh.

I agree! Maybe having side streets, or a circular layout would be cool. And it would be really nice to walk through a door and go straight into the shop, with no or barely any loading times. More customisation=better, though, in my opinion!
