This may seem like it has nothing to do with a task at the moment but I had to introduce that purple guy at the bottom before it could begin. Expect like... uh.... 3-4 more pages?

And on a side note, the more I look at a jigglypuff the more I come to the conclusion that their balance is terrible. I mean come on! How do they not fall over all the time with those stubby arms and feet? No balance. Nope. Nuh-uh.
