It looks awesome! I like the tiny legs: it makes the character more... erm... caricaturistic, while the whole body keeps its awesomeness. I also had (have?) a hero like him, but he's a biologically improved by nanobots, and he's a jailbird.

Just out of curiosity, for rigging purposes: With the wrinkles like that @ the knee, what would you do or go about retaining it's awesome shape? I mean, would you turn the Pant geo. into cloth? Or use a deformer?
