Man, I've been really into a lovey-dovey kind of mood recently! I wanted to hold off on revealing this ship in my Sugar Flats canon, but I decided "Aw, what the heck, there's still an hour left of Valentine's Day!'

Anyway, yes! Sandy Dunes and Buckshot are a canon pairing in the future! Initially they were the best of friends, but as time wore on, they began to develop feelings for each other, hehe. Basic attraction to one another had always existed between them, but more as an underlying factor of they're friendship (sort of like "my best friend is so cute!" kind of thing- not necessarily in a romantic way yet). Buck was the first to realize he had a crush on Sandy, but he was too scared to tell her because he didn't want to ruin their friendship. Sandy took a while to realize his feelings for her (more like she had to have an intervention by the Sugar Belles), and, after much thought and realization, she decided to try and further their relationship into a romantic one. Long story short: they're happy together.

Decided to draw a tender little moment between them here.Sandy and Buck had always been partners when it came to protecting the town from varmints and other criminals, and they both go through a lot of close calls when they're doing so. I imagine this scene going something along the lines of Buck saying "Just tell me when you're gonna jump into a ravine next time, you nearly scared me to death, silly filly", while a relieved and weepy Sandy just nods, guilty of worrying Buck, but glad he's not too upset, after all, it wouldn't be the first time she jumped head first into things without thinking, hehe.

Whelp, this pretty much wraps up my Valentines Day celebration. Enjoy the mushy stuff!
