It's a possibility. This was way back before season 2 even started. Most people have moved one and call her Flutter Doo now. But for a while there was a ton of arguing about who she and Derpy were.

They normally make them. I use Photoshop to make mine but many people use Inkscape and Illustrator.

Sorry but I doubt I'd have the time. I'm actually starting work on making soundboards so that combined with vectoring is taking up a lot of time.
