I am reminded of a story I read one time in Heavy Metal magazine. A bot similar to this was damaged in the ankle area. He needed spare parts. A damaged ship landed then the pilot exited. The bot killed the pilot with a perfect head shot as to not damage the spare parts. When he checked the body. It wasΒ human. The spare parts were incompatible.
