ONOZE1!!!Dr. Neo Cortex is one of the most likeable main villains ever. He kicks the crud out of Eggman and Bowser, THAT'S for sure.

I don't really think Bowser counts as a "Villian" anymore from the most basic sense of the word... I mean- he used to kidnap Princess Toadstool all the time- now he's been reduced to stealing coins at Mario's parties... Come on, Bowser- grow some balls! At LEAST spit some fireballs; do you even know how to do that anymore?
As for Eggman, well, he's kind of lame too when you think about it. I mean, how many times has he created "The Death Egg"?... Uh huh... And how many times has "The Death Egg" failed?... Interesting... So you're saying that even though the same old plan never works- he keeps on doing it? You know they have a word for people like that: Idiot.
Meanwhile, we have Cortex who's actually tried various different mini-evil-plans - including dressing up as Coco and leading Crash to his "Doom"(You gonna draw a pic of THAT? I would LOVE to see it.). I whole-heartedly agree with you, dustindemon... He's pretty cool compared to those other losers.
