will I ever finish an entry in time .....?
Finally very belated my entry for the Reluir Prompt X) Photoshop started crashing on me all the time towards the end and I decided to call it 'finished'
Since I was over the deadline already I decided to sketchy draw a few other characters >/////< This is more a ....collection of ...scenes?? rather than a real drawing piece.... ahh well hope you guys still like and and that I didn't butcher all your wonderful characters and your outfits Q.Q ...

as you can see ... I this time ... went overboard with gradients :mingshard: I am trying very hard to get a hang of digital drawing and I guess I get stuck with every 'new' feature I discover for myself ..... I still question my use of brushes //i went back to use PS default round brushes, and yes I most of the time have not such a big clue of what I am doing //derpyyy face/

ah I see...........yeah true also the braid and blue dresses so often get associated with Frozen nowadays. Though I didn't design it with Elsa in mind.

First off it's great how you're trying out different features-- definitely a long uphill of familiarizing yourself but it's good to take it at your pace, since there's a lot more to tackle the further you delve into PS, haha. I've always thought gradients tend to be quick and effective solutions for adding a finish so it's nice you've tried them out. 
Anyway let me apologize once more for the sheer amount of details there were on Eithne's dress and yet you managed to draw her TWICE... THANK YOU... My favourite parts about these events are definitely talking about the interactions so just-- I'm so tickled when you bring em out on canvas ehehe. I don't think you need to hear more about how I love phea stitchy combos so-- just overall glad you managed to draw all these other characters too, everyone is gorgeous and also !! MITHRAS!! I admit I hadn't expected him so it was super cool to see you draw him too here (gazes at miru for handsomest elf)
drat okay I'll be devolving into gibberish at this rate but THANK YOU LOTS AGAIN .. can't wait to see more of your drawings when you'll be able to once again after these months

Fantastic work Dusty! Witnessing your fast improvement is always enjoyable. I can see that one again you've outdone yourself, drawing so many characters with different poses and expressions. I must say that I particularly love Phéa's dress and OMG THAT HAIRDO, SO ELEGANT, SO CLASSY. //stops fanboying before it's too late
Using the default brushes in Photoshop is recommendable. Although I also use custom brushes and never exactly know what I'm doing, so things end up looking really nice or really overdone Anyway, good job on the gradients too. I think that the simple gradients help the characters to pop in contrast so it's good that you kept it simple.

AHHH thank you so much o////o I must say I have a very good Sensei //glances over at Van-van but yeah I thought before I download so many brushes from all over the place I focus on what PS has to offer... and recently I heard Photoshop can apply filters .... THE HECK ARE THOSE??!! XD This whole digital transition is so full of surprises for me xDD so I am very glad to hear supporting comments like yours >///< makes me want to try more

Filters are great tools indeed! But it's easy to overuse them and end up messing the colours and stuff. It's always worth experimenting though! Ctrl+Z is our best friend

Years of dealing with assholes, that's how he deals with it. Stitches isn't that annoying, only mildly at best. Of course, Dimel won't admit that Stitches is anything less than annoying. AND Dimel's been a thief, assassin, smuggler, and pirate among normal jobs. I imagine he's met some pretty colorful people.

This looks amazing! I particularly enjoy how each of the unique clothing styles stands out as you draw them- They all look distinct and crisp!
