Face on the middle character seems like it is more detailed, but the expression is more like that of a model. That outfit is - well, not soldierly. Both the left and right characters are dressed as believable soldiers, except for the hair. Left seems like a snapshot, while the other two are posing. Love the attitude from the right character.

Very well done, the only comment I have to make is that the character would never have her finger on the trigger like that, basic rules of the military. Just one little thing though, good work!

I liked the right one the most, it has a good balance between soldier and merc if I may sound like I know something about it.

There needs to be more female run game companies so that this idea that women are just sex accessories in games can be changed. :/ I find it really insulting, I love videogames, and many women do! One reason I loved valve so much is their female characters actually have merit and contribute to the storyline without being well..skanky .
I love the one on the left actually, she looks so strong and warrior like. The one on the right is second favourite. The shading on the vest is lovely. <3

Of course they would choose one that looks like a centerfold over one that looks like an actual soldier. These are all gorgeous, but it would have been awesome if they'd gone for the badass on the left.

It is because French forces usually have their berets on this side(emblem on the right), which is different from US or UK.

I actually prefer the far right one! It's more accurate to what a female soldier would actually look like, and I love the slightly gritty feel to it too

Never saw a great many women soldiers who kept their hair long, for long. I imagine it was a sanitation hygiene issue, but yea, I could definitely see images like this selling a war game even faster to male audiences. Hell, if it was used on recruitment material, I'm sure enlistments in any military would jump.
