Β My character had her face raked by a 9 foot Irish Wolfhound; with three slashes, one pulling at her mouth just like that. I didn't half her face like that though; I wanted people to see her beauty in fragments behind raised and puckered skinwww.pinterest.com/pin/18661797β¦ . I did go up the scalp, though. I just liked the visceral grit of the gesture.Β She has no name, only a title: Cu-Chulainn (Koo-Kull-Lane). The Hound of Ulster.
Β I'm kind of amazed to find someone on the same aesthetic wave length, even if it's probably for entirely opposite reasons. My point behind bitching up her face was to make her less of a "woman" and more of a weapon, to have her personality--something like a cross between Ned Stark, Red Sonja, Princess Mononoke, Brock Sampson, Dwight Schrute and Ron Swanson--be the most prominent element to her sex appeal: as an elite member of the warrior class. I wanted her beauty be her life-long reaction to her mutilation.Β
