Description Here's some projects that I -haven't- been working on. Unfortunately, 2 of these ponies are up for recycling (i.e. to be broken down and reused for other things).

But the CMC are definitely coming back with a vengeance! As so is Trixie (hopefully)

Honestly, I can't wait for Season 3 to start. Probably give me a nice pick-me-up from all the non-sculpting I've been doing.

Well, it's nice to see some new work from you! Even if, quite sadly, they won't all live to see completion it seems. I really do think that's a shame, as I'm sure there are many people out there who would be happy to give any one of them a home and even if they don't really meet your standards by your own estimation, however I know what it's like to want to just scrap some of your existing works, even if others seem to like them.

For what it's worth though, I do really like the look of Princess Luna. Her mane and tail have been captured so beautifully!

Thank you so much. I'm glad you like them, but I feel a bit the shmuck if I'm not trying my hardest
Sometimes if I let a project go on too long, I lose that feeling I wanted to capture. In those cases, I rather just scrap them than push thru and come up with something less than stellar.
It can be harsh at times, but I like to think the payoff is worth it.

Well again I do understand... I have many, many sketches and half-finished artworks sitting around in my files that I will likely never get around to completing at this point, because I've simply lost the original drive or "spark" by this point. And again, I'm not always completely satisfied with everything I have shared, even here with my fanarts, but if nothing else I try to look at these as a valuable part of the learning experience if nothing else.

Anyhow though, you're quite welcome as always for the comment.

The energetic pose on Luna is terrific, and I have to say that "boxing glove" Trixie is quite awesome too. Apple Bloom looks like she's just seen the answer to her cutie mark prayers. Shame to imagine any one of them being rendered, but you gotta do what you gotta do I guess. Not every piece can be a masterpiece. (I haven't read the comments, but I don't want to play "Guess which one gets to live?")

Anyway, thanks for giving us a chance to see the work you put into them, regardless of how it turned out.

You flatter me with your talk of masterpieces and what not~ Honestly I do recycle pieces quite frequently, its just I rarely telegraph them to everyone nor photograph them (why take pictures of something you don't like?).

Sometimes its hard to make that decision to recycle them, considering the time I put into them. But at the same time, its an important one simply because they don't capture that feeling/emotion that I was looking for. So in doing so I hope to make it better. But I'm sure you knew that already

Thanks for liking it anyway~

Science ftw!
how are your medicine studies going?

I meant to ask if your sculptures break often while you're working on them

they're just getting started~ My aunt just dropped about 10lbs of Journal of the American Medical Association in my lap to read~

Nowadays they don't break often, usually when I'm working on experiments. Experience and techniques I've found really help when you're making a sculpture that needs to go in the mail~

As much as anyone hates to admit such things, they do happen . And I know of 2 ppl that have contacted me regarding such. Usually it was mishandling by the post offices, at least that's what it sounded like from what I read. Thankfully, both were able to remedy the cracks with a quick glue job. I've always tried to make these sculptures sturdier and my mailing practices better, but there's only so much I can do once its out of my hands. :/

I'd love to know the context of Trixie's pose. Brawl of some sort? ..and with who?
