So, does she get +2 Con, -2 Dex for being like that? I'm sure a small dexterity penalty would be worth it :-D (I think she should also get a bonus to Cha, but hey, what do I know?)

This is an improved version, she gets Con+4, Dex-2. I aways use circunstance bonuses for Cha checks, instead of a direct bonus. Works better that way.
