He was the other side in the English civil war
Personality:
Boring (he doesn't do anything fun), he's highly religious (puritan) and the only thing really exciting is is that he wants to kill (Royalist!)England. No other really likes him, he even drove Scotland to help (Royalist!)England.
Dress:
Mostly black, gray and white. (Here he is in some sort of puritan clothing). He looks exactly the same as England except for darker parts in the hair ends and his face shows no emotion most of the time.
Extra:
He never really left (Like Prussia and probably because there are still people around who believe the British monarch should end), but the UK dislikes him so much (and England is scared that he might kill him) so they locked him up in a cupboard.
