Bad Scotlands (and why) from left to right:
Bishi wimp Scotland: Because he's not. I'm happy I've never seen one of those
Pixiv Scotland: England with red hair. (often portayed) Downright mean and seems to rape England or something?
Female: Altough it's not the fact that they're female that's bad, it's the fact that all the bios I've been able to find portray her like this: Oh I actually love England, but I can't show that nooo. I am sooo scared ;n;...
I am not saying that my OC is perfect! We needed something and since Himaruya didn't give us more then this , I could only try. (Yes there is a mini official Scotland sketch by Himaruya)

Well I don't know about raping England but it is a fact that he bullied him throughout his childhood, so Pixiv got that right....

I'm sorry for butting in but firstly he's often portrayed as a rapist in fanarts and fics. Fandom is slowly getting better with the issue but it's still there.
Secondly Hidekaz never wrote personally that they bullied England, just that England called them bullies. So it could be that England was over-exaggerating, especially when you take into consideration that irl England was more of a bully than the other UK nations.

You're right, we don't have the full story, but unless Hidekaz proves it to be untrue, I'm just going to say for now that it's true unless proven false. Mostly because I know how older siblings tend to treat younger siblings and a lot of the times it's not nicely. I'm going by this by their human perspectives rather than historical events. Historically, yes, England bullied a lot, especially when it comes to Ireland.
