Yes. Her ancestor was Ptolemy I Soter, one of Alexander the Great's generals and personal bodyguards.
He took control of Egypt after Alexander died, and assimilated Greek and Egyptian culture together.
She was the last of the Pharaohs of Egypt, and the last ruler of Alexander the Great's divided empire.
