Commander Shepard.
Captain America is good but Commander Shepard is way beyond Captain America.
For example i can tell you what my Shepard in Mass Effect 3 is able to do:
-He has advanced biotic implants. With that he is able to release biotics at will. These biotics are able to lift about tons of mass in an instant. They are also able to create biotic explosions.
-He has a advanced adrenalin system implanted. With that he is able to experience time in slow motion. It allows him to predict movement and plan his own maneuver. (If you like you can change this point with the ability to get invisible for a short time but i find the slow motion skill more appealing)
-He has a shield technology implanted (not in his armor but in his body). This shield are able to stand against several shots from Mass Effect weapons (way beyond 21st century weapons).
-He has a Omnie Blade integrated (also not part of his armor but part of his body).
-He has reinforced bones and muscles (with Cerberus tech).
-Commander Shepard is able push back a Yagh with pure strength (mass of Yagh is over 1000 pounds).
-Commander Shepard is a brilliant battlefield tactician.
-Commander Shepard has a uniquely strong will. Able to resist indoctrination for the entire Mass Effect trilogy.
-Commander Shepards wounds heal a lot faster than normal to a human beeing.

Glad to see I'm not the only one whose noticed the many, many similarities these two characters have (assuming it's Paragon Shepard of course).
