Excuse me, but I would recommend filling in the white lines, it could look much nicer if those white spots weren't there. I think your coloring is pretty good, but I would recommend doing a bit more shading, so it wouldn't look so flat.

On inked line art, I'll do that. On hand drawn pieces, I'll generally leave some of the white spots. It keeps the artist's style to me. Look at my other Billy and Mandy pieces, you'll see.
